Bob Arbour leads commercial project development and strategic partnerships for McCormack Energy. With more than four decades of experience in commercial real estate investment, finance, and structured transactions, he has completed approximately $1 billion in closed deals across the United States. Bob is the founder and president of Triple Net Equities, where he has specialized in complex credit-net-lease financing and value-add capital structures for institutional clients and high-net-worth investors. 

He has directed multiple commercial solar initiatives, including a Southern California retrofit that integrated solar generation with comprehensive energy-efficiency upgrades, reducing building electricity usage by 70% through a fully financed PACE structure. In a recent transaction, Bob originated and completed a project which had a net after-tax cost of approximately $150,000 and is currently producing $75,000 in annual net operating income, a 50% annual return to the CRE owner. At McCormack Energy, he focuses on developing solar projects that enhance property value and improve cash flow for commercial property owners.

Joseph Bolnick

Joseph Bolnick develops commercial solar opportunities for McCormack Energy, focusing on financial evaluation and project feasibility. He began his real estate career as an attorney before transitioning to commercial brokerage, and his legal experience includes handling a wide range of commercial property transactions. A graduate of Stanford Law School, Joseph works directly with property owners and investors to structure installations that improve asset performance, in order to increase net operating income and create substantial financial value for property owners, while also supporting long-term ecological benefits.

Brodie Childers is a dedicated Solar Operations Specialist at McCormack Energy, bringing over five years of comprehensive management experience to the renewable energy sector. His expertise is crucial for the successful execution of solar projects, where he focuses on streamlining operational workflows. Brodie is highly adept at navigating complex administrative requirements, specifically managing approvals from Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and overseeing all necessary permitting processes. Furthermore, he strategically coordinates engineering product distribution and supply chain logistics to ensure that every installation maintains its targeted schedule and budget.
